Invitation letter/ Visa

Delegates requiring Visa should request an invitation letter from the organizers at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate Embassy or Consulate. The organizers unfortunately can do nothing further to assist this process. The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the responsibility of the delegate.

Switzerland joined the Schengen Area on the 12th of December, 2008. If your country has not signed the Shengen Agreements, please consult the following website to check entry requirements into Switzerland: Swiss Confederation Visa Requirements.

Travellers requiring a visa to enter Switzerland should ensure that it entitles them to re-enter after having visited nearby countries, if they intend to cross the border during their stay. A valid passport is essential for excursions to France and Italy; certain nationalities will need to apply for a visa before they travel to those countries.

The organizers does not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates (or their accompanying persons) attending the event. The organizers reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.
